The main perk of having a trainer is we make training easier to fit into your life.  Our trainers take into account your lifestyle, your interests, your goals, and many other factors when designing your custom training program.  We also give you feedback on a regular basis on your progress and devise ways to help you train smarter and more effectively.  We provide accountability and a community for you to access our expertise and years of knowledge.  In short, we get you results.
 

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

You can find plenty of cookie-cutter workout programs, but because of that one-size-fits-all design, they inevitably fail to deliver lasting results.  Every one of our programs are customized to the individual and you have regular access to our coaches.  Our coaches take into account every detail of your life and make training accessible to you, even if you are limited on equipment.  You are not just paying for a generic group-exercise class, you are getting real training and lasting results!
 

WE TEACH YOU TO SUCCEED

Our goal-oriented programs are focused on getting your sustainable, long-term results.  You will start off with an assessment and goal-setting meeting with your trainer.  Together, you will decide on the best training program for you and set up a schedule.  Most people start with 1-on-1 training or an onboard period in our Semi-private program, and after developing the skills and knowledge needed graduate into a more independent training system.

1-on-1 PERSONAL TRAINING 

You get undivided attention during your training times with your trainer.  This includes a Fully Customized Training Program, Private 1-on-1 Supervision by your own Personal Coach, Nutrition Optimization & Recovery Planning, Full Open Gym Access.  1-on-1 Personal Training rates vary based on how often you meet with your trainer, and which package you choose; Individual sessions are $65 - $100.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

Includes a Fully Customized Training Program, Supervision by our trainers during select hours, Nutrition Optimization & Recovery Planning, Small Group and Open Gym Access. Memberships starting at $260/month.  (Current Semi-pvt Training Times are Mon/Wed/Fri 6am, 8am, 9am, and 5pm)


INDEPENDENT TRAINING PROGRAM

This is a self-driven program, loosely supervised by your trainer.  Includes a Customized Training Program, gym-access during business hours, regular coaching check-ins, and discounts on 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions.  Memberships starting at $150/month.  This is only accessible for those who have shown a proficiency in all key skills and have graduated into an independent program.
