Olympic Weightlifting
Program
The SuperTotal Olympic Weightlifting Program is an Intermediate/Advanced program for experienced Olympic Weightlifters. This Program is a 5-day per week plan for 8-weeks with a peak week at Week-9. This program should not be attempted by beginners.
You will need to know your current maxes for Clean & Jerk, and Snatch. Aside from the usual equipment, a set of jerk blocks is an essential tool for this programming.
